CA ABC - TIPS Responsible Beverage Service Training 

The California ABC TIPS RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) alcohol training in California is a community-based approach to promote public safety and reduce risks associated with the retail alcohol environment.

TIPS Certified Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training is an approved RBS provider by the California Alcoholic Beverge Control (ABC). The address you provide during registration determines the state & local regulations covered by the course taught, and where your permanent TIPS Card will be mailed.
