DC TIPS Alcohol Awareness Training Program (ABRA)

The Washington DC TIPS Alcohol Training & Certification program is the ideal solution for any establishment selling or serving alcohol. The DC Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC) recognizes the importance and vitality of the beer, wine and spirits industry in the District of Columbia, it is also understood, that there are many instances of abuse of the product that could be avoided at the point of sale. The ABC Regulations require managers and employees who actively participate in the sale of alcohol to the public to enroll. Certificates of completion must be filed with the ABC Board.
